Raethia Corsini

Raethia Corsini is a journalist specialised in food and travel, and she writes geographical biographies. She has worked for all the main Italian magazines. Her books include ‘Spiriti bollenti’ (Hot spirits), 21 biographies of Italian chefs, ‘Nei miei panni’ (In my shoes), biography of Mila Schon, the short stories ‘Une végétarienne en Afrique’ (A vegetarian in Africa) and ‘Un grain de ble’ (A grain of wheat), published in two different anthologies.
