I cannot thank my parents for bringing me into the world, but I can certainly thank them for allowing me grow up in a house full of books and giving me my freedom. I came to London in 2011 to pursue a Masters in Publishing. Now I work for a publishing house in the city, after also being a plus size model, a culinary journalist and an Italian teacher. When I am not in the office, I like to read and write about books, movies and culture in general. Waiting to find a patron or a saint who'll allow me to write full-time. I'm not a feminist, and neither am I a chauvinist, I am not an atheist and neither do I believe in God. I have a blog called ‘Mai Leggera”, which someone occasionally reads.
