Dan Saladino, producer and presenter of ‘The Food Programme’ on BBC4 will be the host of an afternoon on Sicily and its traditions, particularly its culinary heritage. Saladino, whose programme on the effect of Brexit on the food sector has been recently aired on BBC4 and has been listened by 2million peole, will be interview by writer Geoff Andrews.
